Effective 1 January 2012, Michael Rentmeister took over as Chief Executive Officer of OVB Holding AG and of OVB Vermögensberatung AG.

From 2006 to 2011, Rentmeister was CEO of Bonnfinanz AG, a subsidiary of the international Zurich Financial Services Group. Prior to this, he spent more than 18 years working in sales at BHW Bausparkasse AG, Hameln, where since 1999 he was a sales director in charge of large parts of the team of freelance salespeople, specialists and field staff and was responsible for central units such as sales promotions, sales marketing and other areas.
Rentmeister started his career as a technical sales consultant following technical training. At the same time, he already began his secondary occupation as a financial consultant.

In the Management Board of OVB Holding AG, he will be responsible for corporate development, European marketing, training, audit, press and public relations.
