Cologne, 15 December 2009 – In an amalgamation of functions, the CEO of OVB Holding AG, Wilfried Kempchen, has been appointed to the same role at the German subsidiary, OVB Vermögensberatung AG.
In addition to Mr Kempchen, the Management Board consists of Chief Financial Officer, Oskar Heitz, and Chief Marketing Officer, Jürgen Kotulla.
“The appointment of Wilfried Kempchen as Chief Executive Officer of OVB Vermögensberatung AG will allow us to make optimum use of Mr Kempchen’s extensive sales experience for the important German market,” comments Wolfgang Fauter, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of OVB Holding AG. “We expect this appointment to have positive effects on the national company’s development.”
Mr Kempchen is appointed to the post for an initial period of three years.
