At the beginning of 2007 OVB Holding AG developed and approved its own corporate governance principles in accordance with the German Corporate Governance Code. These principles ensure highest transparency with regard to the corporate governance structures of the company and thus underline the commitment of the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board for good corporate governance.
